Roquefort Dressing
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
8 ounces roquefort cheese
1 13-ounce can evaporated milk
1 quart mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, minced
RECIPE METHOD
Combine roquefort cheese and milk in a saucepan. Cook, stirring, over low heat until cheese melts.
Add mayonnaise and garlic. Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors.
